issue on connectivity of the voice control
Last weekend, we encountered the abnormal on the connectivity of the Voice Control with Google and Alexa. We have allocated the cause, fixing and testing in progress. The new firmware will be released for problem-fixing in very near future. We apologize for any inconvenience the issue has caused you.
For anyone whose Keeper (S1) has been effected and working abnormally with Google or Alexa, please restart your SiMPNiC Keeper -S1 before new firmware released.
To restart the Keeper – S1:
- You can power-off the Keeper, wait for 3 seconds, then power the Keeper on again.
- You can restart the Keeper – S1 by SiMPNiC App.
Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience the issue has caused you. We estimate releasing a new firmware on September 7th.
